When it comes to relationships we face ups and downs they are a part of life but sometimes there are some conflicts that take a relationship downhill. Its better that we take professional help to work on ourselves towards improving relationships and family conflicts. The sessions conducted are purely confidential nothing is shared withought consent. However, it should be noted that relationship counselling works best if both the partners are ready to work on their relationship and want a better future together.
Sometimes in life we can feel low and not confident enough to face things . We avoid doing things that we generally would do comfortably and we feel that we have lost interest. In that case definitely consult a professional who can guide you towards building your life in such a way so that you feel more confident in life. However please note it requires your persistent effort to do so. If you are sure about it, I am always there to guide.
Stress cannot be denied, it is an inevitable part of life . So what can we do about it. The only thing we can do is to learn ways how we can improve our coping mechanism so that we can face stress better. Resiliency training adops many Behavioural techniques and it aims at building a person strong enough that he/ she can bounce back even after stress. Stress Management will require some basic life style changes too so it is very important that the person too should be motivated for the same.
Moving to a new country is a big decision, there is a lot of adjustment issue. There are.a lot of unanswered questions that keep on coming. The person going through this is perplexed and overwhelmed at the same time. Because the person is in an anxious state the people around in the family tend to get affected Your relationship takes the toll of this. This is a very crucial time when one must opt for professional help. One needs to help us go through the adjustment phase as smoothly as possible and definitely things will be fine.
I am here to provide a supportive and understanding environment for those seeking to work through their struggles. The group is made up of individuals from many different backgrounds and experiences, and we all have something to offer each other. We believe that it is essential to create a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss difficult topics and to support one another through our shared journeys.
Currently the group sessions are being conducted using Mindfulness and Congnitive strategies.

Services are not covered by German public insurance
Initially, sessions take place once a week, and then with time, the gap between the sessions is slowly increased. The average number of sessions needed can range from 6 to 12 or even more (if the client wants).
All sessions are confidential and no data will be used or shared without consent.
